Where is your facility located?
What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, M-Sat, closed on Sundays.
When can I access my unit?
You can visit your unit any day of the week between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.
What communities do you serve?
We're an easily accessible storage solution for Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Fountain Valley, Westminster, Newport Beach, Garden Grove, CA, and the surrounding communities.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
No.
What's the best way to keep up with my bill?
You can pay onsite at our facility if you want, but we also offer online and automatic bill pay to make keeping up with your rent more convenient for you.
Do you offer interior units?
We do. Interior storage units are a great way to add additional protection to your unit.
What security features do you have at your facility?
We use multiple security cameras (22 total) on our property to keep track of what's going on. Additionally, our property is fenced, and we require keypad access at our computerized gate.
Can you help me decide what size unit I need to rent?
We'd be happy to help! You can get quick estimate by using our self storage calculator. It's quick and easy - just choose what you plan to store from the categorized lists, and the calculator will do all the work.
